Seek a motivated and experienced Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our dynamic team. As an SDR, you will play a crucial role in driving the growth and success of our fast-growing company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct a minimum of 20-30 outbound calls daily to potential clients.
  • Conduct a minimum of 70-100 outbound messages at LinkedIn daily to potential clients.
  • Identify and qualify leads to create a robust sales pipeline.
  • Sell monthly subscriptions for clinics and brands through an automatic funnel and payment system.
  • Effectively communicate the value of iHairium's products and services.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of our offerings and industry trends.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth lead handovers.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Achieve a total of at least 300 sales-related activities per day.
  • Measure success based on the number of attended meetings with Account Executives (AE).

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

  1. Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  2. Generate a specified number of qualified leads and paid subscriptions per week.
  3. Maintain a high conversion rate from leads to attended meetings with AE.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience as a Sales Development Representative.
  • Fluent in English with excellent communication skills (C1-C2) and Russian .
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.
