We are looking for a skilled and experienced Solution Architect to join our team and contribute to the exciting roadmaps of our products for the modernization and improvement of this platform.
Summary:
As a Solution Architect at GrapeSEED Limited Company, you will be a key player in shaping our products' technical direction and success. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement new products or improve existing ones that meet our company's business and technical requirements. Your expertise in the .NET framework, Azure, and AWS Cloud and your ability to provide architectural guidance will be crucial to our success.
What you get to do in this role:
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand and define project requirements and objectives.
- Create high-level and low-level architectural designs for .NET solutions hosted in Azure or AWS Cloud that align with business objectives, architecture principles, and best practices.
- Evaluate and select appropriate technologies, tools, and frameworks for software product features implementation.
- Design cloud architecture solutions that meet the organization's scalability, reliability, performance, security, and cost-effectiveness requirements.
- Select appropriate cloud services, such as compute, storage, networking, and databases, and designing the overall structure of cloud environments.
- Lead and participate in the development and implementation of solutions.
- Identify and mitigate technical risks and challenges during the development process.
- Conduct architecture reviews and recommend improvements.
- Collaborate with product owners and managers to align technical solutions with business goals.
- Analyze and solve complex technical problems. This may involve debugging issues, diagnosing performance bottlenecks, or addressing scalability challenges.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in .NET, Azure, and AWS development.
- Certificates in NET, Azure, TOGAF, and AWS Certified Solutions Architect are a plus.
Qualifications and Technical Skills:
- Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related fields.
- Minimum 5 years as a Solution Architect of cloud-based .NET solutions with a track record of successful project deliveries.
- Proven experience as a Cloud Architect in Azure and AWS with a track record of successful project deliveries.
- Strong expertise in designing and implementing scalable, highly available, maintainable, and secure cloud-based software solutions.
- Proficiency in system integration, performance optimization, and security considerations.
- Proficiency in .NET framework and related technologies such as C#, ASP.NET, .NET Core, etc.
- Strong understanding of cloud platforms, particularly Microsoft Azure and Amazon Web Services (AWS), including Azure App Services, AWS Lambda, EC2, S3, etc.
- Knowledge of software architecture principles, design patterns, and best practices.
- Familiarity with microservices architecture and containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes.
- Understanding of SQL (e.g., Azure SQL Database, Amazon RDS) and NoSQL (e.g., Azure Cosmos DB, Amazon DynamoDB).
- Experience with software development methodologies like Agile, Scrum, and DevOps.
- Ability to review the code and define the standards for a clean, maintainable, and efficient code.
- Proficiency in version control systems like Git.
- Experience with DevOps practices, including continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines, infrastructure as code (IaC), and automated testing.
- Relevant certifications in .NET, TOGAF, Azure Solutions Architect, and AWS Solution Architect are a plus.
Language skills:
- Proficient in writing, speaking, and listening in English
- Knowledge of any other language would be an asset.
