Our payment gateways need to evolve according to our plans and contemporary technology standards. To remain competitive and attract new business the gateways need to scale, adopt new payment products, support new integrations and provide solutions to the benefit of our clients that solve their problems.

We are remote-first , you can be based anywhere. However, it would be good to see you in our London office once in a while, and of course, you will be traveling around the world attending all the major industry events.

About you

knowledge and abilities

• you have strong written and verbal English and Russian skills to efficiently and effectively communicate with engineering teams

• you have an exceptional knowledge of card payment processing products gained through working for a PSP or an acquiring bank with a proven track record of launching and maintaining payment products (is a must)

• you have deep understanding of a contemporary payment's ecosystem and especially card products, payment processing protocols and standards

• you have understanding of market trends and ability to use insights while developing your product

• you have strong sense of responsibility with a bias towards action

• you have a scrappy and hustle mindset with a healthy dose of skepticism

• you are results oriented with a bias towards action

ability to

• to roll up your sleeves, solve problems and build long-term solutions

• to envision the short term and long term horizon of the product

• to constantly iterate

education

• Bachelor s Degree or Master s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, MBA or related is a plus

experience

• 4+ years in a Product Manager / Product Owner role in payments domain (is a must)

What you will be doing

Pitching and positioning new ideas for product and feature development

• define the product strategy and roadmap in close collaboration with the senior management team and other key stakeholders, ensuring alignment with the organization's objectives

• drive the development of innovative products and services, establishing new unique selling propositions in key markets and ensuring differentiation from competitors, particularly in new payment acceptance types

• maintain comprehensive visibility of product operations and growth, facilitating timely data-informed decisions across the organization

• develop and manage the end-to-end process for collecting business requirements, incorporating inputs from Executives and ensuring comprehensive understanding and alignment

• stay abreast of the merchant acquiring market, conducting competitive analysis and ad hoc market research to maintain an excellent understanding of industry dynamics

Working with engineering and design teams to bring the product to life

• work collaboratively with the product development team to validate and deliver successful products through design, build, test, release, and maintenance, while ensuring revenue, efficiency and customer satisfaction goals are met. Write user stories with Gherkin

Ensuring that each product meets the needs of the target user or customer

• maintain a deep understanding of our data and analytics to incorporate into product planning
• communicate the state of projects across the team and Executives
