About the job

You will drive the development of Transactional Banking products , projects and initiatives, in order to achieve business objectives. You will bridge the gap between hands-on product work and the orchestration of a team toward successful product development and market launch.

We are remote-first , you can be based anywhere. However, it would be good to see you in our London office once in a while, and of course, you will be traveling around the world attending all the major industry events.

What you will be doing

Pitching and positioning new ideas for product and feature development

• identify problems and build scalable solutions that bring value
• set goals, track metrics and use data as your tool to make the right decision and support your position
• develop the roadmap and requirements based on your communication with stakeholders and prioritize accordingly
• evaluate opportunities, bring proposals and support them with data

Working with engineering and design teams to bring the product to life

• work collaboratively with the product development team to validate and deliver successful products through design, build, test, release, and maintenance, while ensuring revenue, efficiency and customer satisfaction goals are met. Write user stories with Gherkin

Ensuring that each product meets the needs of the target customer

• make sure the whole company understands what you are working on and why

About you

knowledge and abilities

• you have strong written and verbal English and Russian skills to efficiently and effectively communicate with engineering teams

• you have deep understanding of a banking ecosystem and main products (is a must)

• you have understanding of market trends and what contemporary digital banking and banking should be

• you have strong sense of responsibility with a bias towards action

• you have a scrappy and hustle mindset with a healthy dose of skepticism

• you are results oriented with a bias towards action

• you have an inherent desire to manage both products and people

ability to

education

• Bachelor s degree or Master s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, MBA or related is a plus

experience

• at least 4+ years in a Product Manager / Product Owner role in a Digital Bank (is a must).
