We are seeking a talented and motivated Brand Manager fluent in both Russian and English to join our team and play a pivotal role in shaping our brand's identity and messaging.

Position Overview: As a Brand Manager at Qwqer, you will be at the forefront of maintaining our brand identity and coordinating consistency in the use of visual guidelines and tone of voice across all our marketing channels. Your exceptional command of both Russian and English will be invaluable as you ensure that all marketing materials, whether for customer acquisition, retention, development, websites, or offline use, align with our brand's essence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Brand Identity Preservation: Safeguard and maintain our brand identity, ensuring that it remains cohesive and impactful.

• Consistency Coordination: Oversee the consistent use of visual guidelines and tone of voice across all marketing touchpoints, both in Russian and English.

• Marketing Insights: Stay informed about marketing developments, best practices, and trends, and facilitate the transfer and scaling of these insights throughout our marketing team.

• Internal Communications: Act as a liaison for effective internal communication, ensuring all team members are aligned with our branding goals.

• Team Oversight: Coordinate and supervise the work of marketing managers and designers to guarantee that our brand is accurately and effectively represented in all materials.

• Content Enhancement: Review and enhance all materials containing images, text, or logos to ensure they reflect our brand's core values.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in both Russian and English, both written and spoken.

• Proven experience in brand management, marketing and content creation.

• Exceptional communication and storytelling skills.

• Meticulous attention to detail and a knack for creative thinking.

• Ability to work in a remote environment while adhering to Los Angeles working hours.
