ECOS is a successful International FinTech company with 6 years of experience with a wide product line.

We are looking forward to a Shift manager / Sales Team Lead with high management skills and motivation, with an efficient sense of organization, who is able to drive their team into the proper execution of the various tasks.

We are working with US / EU / Mena markets and SHIFTS are divided for a Time Zones accordingly.

Your work will be to distribute leads between the team, control the SLA, communications Level, Conversion Rate and to make sure that your SHIFT is giving proper results ( USD / number of successful communications etc..)

So you would need to plan, control, help and develop your team to make it successful.

Channels for communications to be managed : Corporate Chat, WhatsApp, E-mail, Phone

Responsibilities:

• Implementation of sales plans for company products;
• Organization of the sales department's systematic work;
• Control of the working process;
• Continuous data analysis and prompt response to performance decline;
• Managment of diverse channels (Corp.Chat/WhatsApp/Phone/Email);
• Lead verification and distribution;
• Development of a shift schedule for managers.
• Resolving problems that occur on their shift.

Requirements:

• Proven experience ( at least 2 years ) in managing a sales department;
• Fluent in English (B2-C1 level);
• Knowledge of CRM;
• Results-oriented, systematic, and structured approach;
• Persistence in achieving results.

• One of two working shifts:

1. Shift 1 - From 11:00 till 20:00 Moscow time
2. Shift 2 - From 20:00 till 05:00 Moscow time
