Вакансия: Real estate virtual assistant for cold calling
Objective: Obtain hot leads, aiming for approximately 1-3 per day
Availability: 5 hours per day, 25-30 hours per week
Average time per organic call: 5 minutes
Average number of calls per day: 80 - 100 calls
Payment:
1)$5 per hour
2)Payment is made by the client every week after receiving the report from the performer
Reporting:
1)Reporting on calls is done every Monday at 10 am in the form of an Excel spreadsheet with comments on each call
2)When a hot lead is obtained, the assistant immediately notifies the client by sending an Excel spreadsheet with comments, highlighting in red, and duplicating the message in Telegram
Candidate Requirements:
1)Female
2)English fluency
3)Absence of accent
4)Ability to engage in emotionally charged dialogue, adapting to the response and voice of the interlocutor on the other end of the line
5)Attention to detail
Note: The client conducts weekly selective verification of the leads listed in the report. In case of deception by the performer, cooperation is terminated, and a recalculation is made for the last week for the calls that were genuinely handled.
