We are looking for an energetic and communicative call center operator for our real estate agency specializing in cold calling property owners from a database. Your main task will be to process and make cold calls to property owners to offer our services for selling or renting their properties.

Responsibilities:

- Making cold calls to property owners from the database to offer our services for selling or renting their properties;
- Providing information about the advantages of working with our real estate agency;
- Scheduling consultations and property viewings with agents for property owners;
- Actively searching for new clients and generating potential deals;
- Registering and updating client information in the agency's database.

Requirements:

- Experience in a call center or a similar position specializing in cold calling is a plus;
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to effectively represent the company and its services over the phone;
- Confident and clear voice, ability to handle customer objections;
- Knowledge of the real estate market and understanding of agency procedures is a plus;
- Organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage time effectively;
- Knowledge of CRM systems and experience working with databases.
