Gurubots, a subsidiary of the Paysenger team, is a burgeoning company that specializes in creating innovative B2C and B2B products for the cryptocurrency industry.

We are searching for an Affiliate Marketing Manager who can autonomously manage the processes of attracting, developing, and retaining partners for our trading product, making a significant contribution to the overall business development.

Responsibilities include:

- Analyzing competitors and providing feedback on how attractive our program is to potential partners. We aim to have the best solution in the market that is a step ahead while offering the right economics.

- Independently finding product-relevant partners by any means, negotiating, onboarding, supporting affiliates, and achieving pre-agreed KPIs on revenue and program profitability.

- Participating in the planning of the affiliate program and main product functionality development.

- Contributing to the development and adjustment of the company's marketing strategy.

- Building efficient processes, hiring, and training partner managers, and developing the partner team.

You are a good fit if you:

- Have proven successful experience in launching and/or developing affiliate programs with Revenue Share and CPA offers for financial products (Forex, options, crypto exchanges, etc.).

- Understand the crypto market well and have extensive international contacts that can be used for the initial program launch here and now.

- Can set realistic business goals and achieve them, focusing on results.

- Are proactive and autonomous in your work.

- Are good with numbers and aim to make all interactions and processes transparent and optimized.

- Speak Russian and English fluently, and can successfully interact with partners in different regions, considering local nuances.

- Are ready to negotiate with potential partners, close deals, and achieve necessary results independently at the initial stage until the team is ready to scale.
