Role Overview:
The Performance Marketing Manager will play a crucial role in driving S10Home.com's growth by managing and optimizing our paid advertising campaigns across social media platforms and search engines. This role is perfect for someone who is data-driven, creative and has a proven track record of delivering results through paid media strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop B2C and B2C Lead generation
- Conduct thorough keyword research and audience targeting
- Create, monitor and analyze campaigns on Google, Facebook, Linkedin, TikTok Ads
- Optimize campaigns for efficiency and effectiveness, adjusting bid strategies, ad copy, and landing pages as needed.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align paid advertising strategies with broader marketing objectives.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in PPC, paid social, and paid search to keep our campaigns at the cutting edge.
- Manage budgets carefully to maximize ROI,ROAS and achieve performance targets.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in managing PPC paid social, and paid search campaigns.
- Strong understanding of Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other relevant advertising platforms.
- Proficient in analytics tools, including Google Analytics, with the ability to interpret and report data effectively.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively to overcome challenges.
- Strong organizational skills, with the capacity to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote setting.
