As a Delivery Manager you will work in coordination with Product Managers on an organization of the entire project lifecycle, from planning and execution to monitoring and evaluation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project planning - achieving the best result with minimal effort, ensuring that the plan is transparent to each project participant and deadlines are as close as possible to promised

• Setting tasks for the team, assisting in their decomposition and estimation

• Managing bugs, receiving new reports, and regularly updating the issue list

• Monitoring the implementation of the sprint, identify and manage risks to the project affecting the timing, volume, resources.

• Cultivated resilient working relationships across product teams through effective communication

• Maintaining project documentation and taking responsibility for delivery speed

Requirements:

• 4+ years experience in strong technical background in technical project management, software development or system analysis

• Experience in management and support of big mobile development teams

• Experience in ownership of processes of business/production interaction for efficient project results delivery

• Skills of any issues solving and speed up key solutions

• Willingness to collaborate with teams and products to reducing time-to-market

• Ability to gather statistics on process metrics, analyze and develop solutions

Terms:

• Long-term service agreement contract with QIC

• We are diverse our digital nomads work remotely from 18 different countries

• Payment in US dollars monthly to your bank account using SWIFT

• Full-time remote, work schedule: 5 days per week, Sunday to Thursday

• Vacation policy: Qatar Holiday Calendar, 20 workdays of vacation, and 10 sick-day-offs

• Performance reviews are conducted twice a year, with the possibility of a raise in March and September

• Potential opportunity to apply for a Qatar ID and relocation to Doha, Qatar
