Overview: As a Product Manager specializing in Artificial Intelligence (AI) with a focus on software development, you will play a pivotal role in leading the design, development, and deployment of cutting-edge AI-driven software solutions. This role requires a deep understanding of both AI technologies and software development processes to drive the successful delivery of innovative products. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product owners, software engineers and designers, to translate AI concepts into scalable and high-performing software applications. You will report to the Senior Director Software Development.

Project

The goal of the new HRS Payment Cloud platform is to bring our current set of solutions to a unified, standardized, modern and scalable microservice-based technology and expand the feature set to cover hospitality, food and beverage and retail requirements for a variety of vertical markets from one platform with an open API architecture.

Job responsibilities:

• Product Strategy and Roadmap: Develop and communicate a clear product strategy and roadmap for AI-driven software products, aligning with business objectives and market opportunities. Define product features and prioritize development efforts based on customer needs and market trends.
• Requirement Analysis and Specification: Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and define detailed specifications for AI software products. Collaborate with software engineers and data scientists to translate require
• AI Model Integration: Collaborate with product owners and back-end developers to integrate AI models and algorithms into software applications. Ensure seamless integration and optimize performance for real-world usage.
• Software Architecture and Design: Provide guidance on software architecture and design decisions to ensure scalability, reliability, and maintainability of AI-driven software products. Drive continuous improvement of software architecture based on emerging technologies and best practices.
• Quality Assurance and Testing: Define and implement comprehensive testing strategies for AI software products, including unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing. Ensure robustness and reliability of software applications through rigorous testing processes.
• Deployment and DevOps: Collaborate with DevOps teams to streamline the deployment process and automate infrastructure provisioning for AI software products. Implement continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines to enable rapid and reliable software releases.
• Performance Monitoring and Optimization: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and monitoring metrics to track the performance of AI software products. Analyze performance data and identify opportunities for optimization and enhancement.
• User Experience and Feedback: Work closely with UX/UI designers to create intuitive and user-friendly interfaces for AI software applications. Gather user feedback and iterate on product features to enhance usability and satisfaction.
• Product Launch and Marketing Support: Lead product launches and collaborate with marketing teams to create compelling messaging and collateral for AI software products. Support sales and business development efforts with product demonstrations and customer presentations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. Advanced degree preferred.
• 2+ years of experience in product management roles, with a focus on software development and AI technologies.
• Strong understanding of AI concepts and algorithms, with hands-on experience in AI model integration.
• Proficiency in software development methodologies and tools, including agile development practices and version control systems.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision
