Job Description
Our global team is looking for a bilingual UX copywriter to improve the user experience of our CRM solution. You'll write and translate product instructions and guides into English and Russian. You'll also develop style guides to standardize the way our product communicates with users.
Key Responsibilities
Write and translate clear, concise user interface text into English and Russian
Write and translate knowledge base articles
Continuously expand your product knowledge through research, collaborating with teams, and onboarding sessions
Work closely with product managers to understand roadmaps and identify content needs
Create style guides for consistent branding across teams
Interview partners and users to understand needs
You're a great fit if you:
Are passionate about user-centered design and digital experiences
Fluently write and speak English and Russian (C1 or above)
Enjoy writing and testing new features
Pay close attention to detail
Communicate well and collaborate across cultures
Understand diverse perspectives to serve all customers
Deliver projects on time using project management skills
Take initiative and are self-motivated to achieve goals
Hold an undergraduate degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, or a related field (a plus)
Have experience in UX writing, localization, or related project roles (a plus)
