Вакансия: Part Time UX/UI Designer
As a UX/UI Designer, you will be responsible for creating intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces for digital products and platforms. Your primary focus will be on understanding user needs, translating them into design solutions, and ensuring seamless user experiences. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including product managers, developers, and other designers to deliver high-quality designs that align with business goals and user requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
1. User Research and Analysis:
• Conduct user research to understand user behaviors, needs, and motivations.
• Analyze research findings to identify user pain points and opportunities for improvement.
• Utilize usability testing and feedback to iterate and refine design solutions.
2. Wireframing and Prototyping:
• Create wireframes, user flows, and prototypes to visualize and communicate design concepts.
• Iterate on designs based on feedback and usability testing results.
• Ensure consistency and coherence across all design elements and interactions.
3. UI Design:
• Develop visually appealing user interfaces that align with brand guidelines and design principles.
• Create high-fidelity mockups and interactive prototypes.
• Collaborate with graphic designers and developers to implement designs effectively.
4. Interaction Design:
• Define interaction models, user task flows, and UI specifications.
• Design intuitive and efficient user interactions that enhance usability and accessibility.
• Optimize user journeys to improve conversion rates and user engagement.
5. Collaboration and Communication:
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and constraints.
• Present design concepts and rationale to stakeholders for feedback and approval.
• Collaborate effectively with developers to ensure successful implementation of designs.
6. Continuous Learning and Improvement:
• Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in UX/UI design.
• Seek feedback from peers and stakeholders to improve design skills and processes.
• Actively participate in design critiques and brainstorming sessions to generate innovative ideas.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, HCI, or related field.
• Proven experience as a UX/UI Designer or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing relevant design projects.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma, or similar.
• Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience with responsive design and mobile app design is a plus.
• Familiarity with front-end development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is beneficial.

We are fully remotely team specializing cross platform apps, currently we operate our own products. We are looking for a UI/UX freelancer to join our team.
