Your responsibilities:

• Design and deliver creative and engaging social media strategies for online project.

• Organize, source, and strategically reuse good content, handling all brand social media channels: Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Telegram and YouTube, adapting content to suit different channels and audiences.

• Develop static and video content in collaboration with designers team using Asana platform 30% of time.

• Find and post relevant memes trending in Bangladesh, ensuring viral reach on selected social platform - 20% of time.

• Develop and approve promo mechanics (giveaways, contests): convey and track results.

• Prepare and approve weekly content plan.

• Keep an eye on social media trends, proactively suggest the relevant ones.

• Analyze customer expectations according to past social media activity, suggest working types of content and engaging mechanics.

• Engage with followers, moderate feedback.

Requirements:

• Nepali language must be C2 or native, English B2 and higher.

• Creativity in strategy and assets development.

• Marketing expertise.

• Passion for sport.

• Basic knowledge of Google Doc, Google Sheets, MS Outlook, Photoshop, Figma, videoredactors (CapCut, InShot, etc).
