We are looking forward to a Customer service consultant who will interact with the company s customers by providing a high level of customer support on ECOS' products and services.
Responsibilities:
Requirements:
1+ year experience in customer service team;
Fluent written English;
Ability to convey information clearly and concisely;
Excellent interpersonal communications skills: should be empathetic, confident and able to interact with different personality types;
Experience in the fintech field (blockchain or payment solutions) is a plus.
