ECOS is a successful International FinTech company with 6 years of experience with a wide product line.

We are looking forward to a Customer service consultant who will interact with the company s customers by providing a high level of customer support on ECOS' products and services.

Responsibilities:

  • Managing incoming requests in online chat platforms such as Telegram and WhatsApp;
  • Providing guidance on product selection and facilitating purchases;
  • Offering advice on various matters and assisting in the creation of support tickets;
  • Ensuring prompt responses to queries;
  • Preparing detailed reports on completed tasks;
  • Submitting regular updates to the senior consultant.

Requirements:

  • 1+ year experience in customer service team;

  • Fluent written English;

  • Ability to convey information clearly and concisely;

  • Excellent interpersonal communications skills: should be empathetic, confident and able to interact with different personality types;

  • Experience in the fintech field (blockchain or payment solutions) is a plus.

Working conditions:

  • Remote job;
  • 2/2 shifts, 12 hours per shift ;
  • Two working shifts:
  1. 15:00 - 03:00 (Moscow time)
  2. 03:00 - 15:00 (Moscow time)
  • Important! The position requires working with your webcam turned on throughout the entire shift.
