Hey, this is The Open Platform! We are a venture studio focused on building and scaling Web3 startups for mass audiences from the ground up.

The companies we create are centred in the areas of NFT, DeFi, GameFi and SocialFi.

We are now seeking a Head of Analytics at our portfolio company Wallet on Telegram.

Wallet on Telegram is your gateway to the world of digital currencies, specially tailored for individuals in emerging markets. We understand the complexities and intimidation often associated with existing crypto solutions, which is why we've designed the Wallet to be the ultimate user-friendly platform for managing finances. No need to open a traditional bank account or wrestle with convoluted crypto exchanges and wallets.

It is already actively used by millions of users worldwide, but we are not going to stop: we are scaling to new regions and adding new features. The product has found its product/market fit, is rapidly growing its audience and revenue.

Rapid growth inevitably leads to inefficiencies in the work of the analytics team. We don't always answer well questions about what is happening with the product, because when all metrics are growing from all sides, the team doesn't understand what to grasp or may miss something small that negatively affects the product in the long run. If you've had experience working in a fast-growing product, you're well aware of this phenomenon.

We need a Head of Analytics who will establish the process of analytics in the company and help increase product metrics. You will have a team of analysts, but we highly value people who not only come to manage, but also know how and love to work hands-on.

Responsibilities

• Establish product launch assessment.
• Establish the process of finding growth points in the product and formulating hypotheses.
• Leading the analytics department.

Requirements

• Excellent knowledge of SQL and Python + experience working with BI systems.
• We have a data engineer, but it would be great if you understand how the analytical infrastructure and databases work.
• You will have to interact with technical teams, product managers, and C-level. You need to be able to explain, clarify and not be afraid to ask difficult and direct questions.
• You understand how to turn numbers into actions. We need a person who will influence the strategy and roadmap - initiate actions, not just report on conversion growth.
• Experience working in a fast-growing company will be a big plus.
• You have had successful experience hiring and leading a department of 5+ analysts.
• Proficiency in Russian and English from the C1 level, as a significant part of our team, does not speak Russian.
