We are an engineering company specializing in the development of various software, as well as the development and testing of intralogistics complexes.

Our employees are involved in work under outsourcing and outstaffing contracts. Currently, the Company has a reliable income from Russian and foreign key clients. New projects of partner companies require staff expansion.

We work and will continue to work with colleagues who share our values and are ready to participate in complex projects.

Things to do:

1. Document handling - contracts, invoices for marketing team (uploading for payment, payment monitoring)
2. Searching for and working with international counterparties - printing, proofreading, translation, etc.
3. Assistance with social media management
4. Financial and marketing expenditure reporting
5. Miscellaneous tasks

Requirements:

1. If located in Russia - ability to use VPN
2. Fluent English - written and spoken
3. Experience with documents, MS Office SW, invoices, contracts, counterparties sourcing
4. Attention to details
5. High level of responsibility and ability to learn
