About AIO Tech Team

Hi! We are a startup design team at AIO and we're looking for a specialist that can perform well in web and analytics. 3D and motion will be a big plus.

The AIO Tech team, comprised of industry professionals , possesses a deep and broad understanding of the media buying and affiliate marketing sector. This ensures they don't need a large technica team to initiate new advertising campaigns . The AIO team goal is to seamlessly integrate key software features and solutions into a singular, unified platform . This approach is geared towards simplifying processes , eliminating redundancies , and ultimately providing users with an enhanced, streamlined mediabuying experience . What will you do?

• Developing and maintaining the product identity.
• Web product design (websites, lendings, creatives, presentations, promos);
• Merch and branded products;
• Identics guides.
• Animation of various types of complexity, 3D included.
• Identics concepts and web.

Your software:

• Photoshop, Illustrator, Adobe After Effects, Figma - the classics.
• Confident mastery of Blender 3D - you know how procedural textures work, you are good with UV's, you do great with addons and you can build a composition on refs both independently by yourself, and by resorting to search for the required models online.

Hard Skills

• You use clear and clean typography, composition, and visuals in your work;
• You adapt the design and animation of any developed materials;
• Work in Blender

Soft Skills

• Know how to do decent video editing with synchronization of picture and sound;
• Know what Quixel Bridge is and use it a lot in your 3D works.
• Know what Y2K is and know how to apply it in unusual ways, mix it with other styles
• Already familiar with Scrum.
• Confident / proficient English mastery.
• Already familiar with IT products and services.
