Yodha is enhancing its product since 2013 and now it is the best in class service rated 4.8+ worldwide both on ios and android.

Yodha has surpassed 5 mln downloads and is now running at a 2+ mln annualized run-rate.

To continue delivering maximum value to our clients and get the full benefit from a constantly growing user base, we are now looking for a Product manager of the communication chains

What you will be doing:

• Segmenting the database, making a content plan for each segment, and launching communications with users

• Developing and keeping up-to-date the customer communication map

• Implementation of the customer retention and reactivation strategy through communications

• Organization of regular and triggered communications: push, messengers, emails, etc.

1. Setting up trigger schemes
2. Performing A/B testing
3. Analysis of the effectiveness of communications and making action plans on how to improve them further

Key Requirements:

• English at least C1 (Advanced)

• Experience in orchestrating mass communication with customers

• Experience in preparing communication hypotheses and their AB testing.

• Experience in segmentation of customers and setting up automated communication chains (plus if in ESP/CDP)

• Responsibility and autonomy

• At least 3 years of experience in the same or similar position working with mobile and web applications.
