International advertising company Incentive Agency based in Cyprus is searching for Creative Manager.

If you re a leader by nature and know how to make engaging content to rock social media (video & static), ready to work with big inspiring brands and always say yes to a challenge, - we will be happy to have you with us!

Your responsibilities will be:

Content ideas for social media

Manage content production for social media (through the team of internal and external professionals, including influencers)

Come up with ideas and manage production of engaging short videos portraying product benefits & driving emotional response (UGCs)

Manage production of banner and animatic ad formats

Manage creative team, make sure you meet all KPIs (time & costs)

What we re looking for in a candidate:

Leader by nature

Great knowledge and experience in Social Media Content

Understanding of how to build engagement through content

Experience in storytelling and how to use it in different formats

You aim for fast results

Proved experience and deep knowledge in Social Media content creation

You analyse what you do and try to constantly improve

You have a great taste and can make a high class design

You re very creative and aim for effective design at the same time

You re well organised and can manage the team to meet the deadlines

Strong time management skills
