We are seeking an experienced Business Intelligence Analyst to join our dynamic team.

The BI Analyst will play a crucial role in transforming raw data into actionable insights to drive strategic decision-making and optimize our operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain advanced data models, ETL processes, and BI dashboards;
• Analyze diverse data sets using Tableau (or similar services) to identify trends and opportunities for business improvements;
• Lead data-driven projects and collaborate with various departments to meet their intelligence needs;
• Utilize Google Analytics/CRM/Marketing data sets for comprehensive data analysis across digital platforms;
• Apply critical thinking and AB testitng techniques to validate data and challenge existing assumptions within the business;
• Communicate and present findings effectively, providing data-backed insights for strategic decision-making.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor s+ degree in Statistics, IT, Data Analytics or a related field;
• At least 3 years of experience as a BI/Data Analyst, preferably in the iGaming, E-commerce, or Martech industries;
• Proficiency in Tableau and strong skills in SQL and data visualization;
• Demonstrated ability to work independently in a dynamic, fast-paced environment;
• Proven track record of turning complex data into actionable insights;

• Excellent knowledge of English - B2.
