Hi,

it s Vadim Tylik, I m CEO of RMAA Marketing Agency. Now I am looking for a Media planner & Buyer with at least 3+ years of experience in a similar position in an advertising/media/marketing agency and knowledge of English to work with global brands.

Who are we? RMAA is a cross-border marketing agency dedicated to connecting brands with Russian-speaking audience. RMAA narrowly specialize in meeting the specific needs of foreign companies that require marketing and advertising services in Russia and the CIS. We do it better than anyone else by organizing our business processes to do so.

RMAA clients who are they? International companies that need communications with a Russian-speaking consumers.

Our mission is to provide access and build a bridge to the Russian-speaking audience for business around the world.

RMAA is growing year after year regardless of the political environment and our goal is to become a global cross-border marketing agency that specializes not only in Russia-speaking region, but also in all emerging markets.

The agency's main services are traditional OOH and Media buying, Influencer marketing, Performance advertising and Social media.

Responsibility:
Leading media buying in the agency;
Management of different media suppliers: digital (programmatic) and offline (OOH, Radio, TV);
Creation of new proposals for clients;
Participate in the development and defense of integrated project strategies, prepare presentations;
Calculating the profitability of projects and media plans with an optimal split for the client across all types of advertising (360);
Negotiate with media suppliers;
Supervising the clients advertising campaign;
Maintaining campaign reports including spreadsheets, estimates etc.;
Market analysis, working with data from a range of sources and requests for industry statistics.

We are looking for you if:
You have experience in media planning experience with major budgets;
You have extensive experience in online and offline communicating with media suppliers;
You are familiar with media metrics: digital (CPA, CPI, CPO, CPC, CPV, etc.) and offline (Reach, OTS, GRP, Affinity);
You have a systematic approach to the tasks.
