Our global reach spans Brazil, India, Eastern Europe, and the US.

The Opportunity:

As our Global Community Director, you'll play a pivotal leadership role within Uplify. Your mission will be to shape and execute our global community strategy, overseeing a team of regional Community Managers. This is a fantastic opportunity for a passionate expert from the GameDev industry or similar background who thrives within the dynamic world of influencers across Discord, Twitch, YouTube, and other key platforms.

Key Deliverables:

• Shape Our Global Community Vision: Develop and continuously refine a comprehensive, data-driven strategy to build, nurture, and engage our worldwide streamer community.

• Lead with Impact: Mentor and guide our regional Community Managers, ensuring they exceed community engagement, growth, and satisfaction metrics.

• Data-Driven Decision-Making: Analyze community performance metrics, identify trends, and leverage insights to drive successful campaigns, initiatives, and optimize community health.

• Collaborate for Success: Work cross-functionally with product, marketing, and technology teams to ensure community feedback and insights are integrated into product development and campaigns.

• Represent Uplify: Champion Uplify's brand and mission, serving as a key internal and external ambassador for our streamer community.

What You'll Bring to the Table:

• Proven Community Leadership: Solid experience in building and managing vibrant online communities, preferably within the gaming or streaming industries.

• Excellent Communication: Impeccable written and verbal communication skills in both English and Russian. Spanish or Portuguese fluency is a strong advantage.

• Data-Focused Mindset: Demonstrated ability to analyze metrics, draw actionable conclusions, and implement data-informed strategies.

• Strategic Visionary: A knack for seeing the big picture, developing innovative community programs, and aligning those initiatives with overall company goals.

• Self-Starter with Remote Excellence: Strong self-motivation, time management, and a track record of thriving in remote work environments.
