Sharp Developers i s a mobile / web development team for IT startups and industry leaders like: IT consulting, retail, fintech, travel, sports, medicine, entertainment, media, industrial. Our clients are mostly from the US and Europe markets.

Sharp dev specialists can operate independently or as extra muscle for client s existing development team.

We make projects with different technologies - React Native, Flutter, React, Angular, Node js, .Net Core, .NET Server Side, Razor, AWS, Azure, etc.

We are a distributed team - you can work from any place in the world.

Now we re looking for a strong lead generation leader to boost our Business development team. You ll be in charge of prospecting and searching for new customers via existing marketing channels - Upwork and Linkedin.

Requirements

• English level - B2-C1, Russian level - B2-C1

• Successful experience in lead generation and sales for IT businesses - outsource projects, outstaff services - 1year+

• Experience with Upwork - 1year+

• Experience in creating and presenting qualified commercial offers;

• Strong communication skills, service and customer oriented;

• Result-driven, independent, and self-motivated, ability to create innovative ideas to attract new clients;

• Experience working with tools like Jira, Google Drive, etc.

• Highly organized, self-discipline and able to work in a fast-paced environment under minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Active search and attraction of potential clients;

• Reach out to target leads with Upwork.

• Creating bidds and offers for potential clients;

• Qualifying potential clients for project scope and budget

• Filling and updating data in a CRM system.
