Requirements
Successful experience in lead generation and sales for IT businesses - outsource projects, outstaff services - 1year+
Experience with Upwork - 1year+
Experience in creating and presenting qualified commercial offers;
Strong communication skills, service and customer oriented;
Result-driven, independent, and self-motivated, ability to create innovative ideas to attract new clients;
Experience working with tools like Jira, Google Drive, etc.
Highly organized, self-discipline and able to work in a fast-paced environment under minimal supervision.
Responsibilities

Creating bidds and offers for potential clients;
Qualifying potential clients for project scope and budget
