One of our main marketing goals for 2024 is to create a modern, multi-lingual corporate website that will reflect the specifics of our brand, work for brand awareness, demonstrate excellent results in organic search results and generate leads. To realize this ambitious task, we are looking for a driven and experienced Website & SEO manager.

1. Operational & content management of the company's website - own ( in-house resources) and outsourced/freelance resources

1.1. support the rhythm / constant adding news and events according to the Activity Calendar
1.2. Keeping up-to-date descriptions of Key Practices/Solutions, offerings and Cases on the website
1.3. Refinement/development of structural, design and content elements of the site to improve. performance, taking into account the requirements of SEO rules and corporate messages & style

2. Leading the process of WebSite relaunch within the targeted timeline, including:

2.1. Creation of SEO parameters (semantic core), sitemap and page structure - through managing the external agency
2.2. Migration of the site to a new CMS (from Bitrix to Drupal) in cooperation with internal technical. specialists on infrastructure & security - selection & management of external agency, development of project plan with management & control of all key stages of execution, including testing and final release
2.3. Launch of Country/Local versions of the site in the respective languages

3. Develop and deploy a focused plan to promote the re-launched WebSite to achieve Awareness, Organic delivery and Lead Generation goals - globally and by focus country, including:
3.1. Analyzing and setting up an effective @ ROI channel mix for site promotion
3.2. SEO audit and SEO promotion as a key part of the overall site promotion program
3.3. Web analytics and its key indicators; planning and implementation of constant KPIs growth (Google Analytics, Yandex. Metrica and etc)

4. Supervision of the entire 'eco-system' of the main WebSite and Landings, domains and sub-domains

Job Requirements:

• Relevant experience of 3 years or more as a project manager of internet projects, with project management of cross-functional teams
• Practical experience in leading the process of migrating a website from one CMS to another or creating a commercial website from scratch is mandatory
• Experience in SEO / search engine promotion of websites is mandatory
• Experience working with 1C-Bitrix, WordPress, and Drupal products as a content marketer, and internet marketer
• Knowledge and practical experience in web analytics (Yandex. Metrica, Google Analytics, Google Optimize, GTM)
• Knowledge/ practical experience of working with Ahrefs or Semrush as SEO audit tools
• Knowledge of technical requirements and practical experience in web design; practical experience in Figma and/or Photoshop, Canva
• Experience writing briefs and technical tasks for external contractors, developers, and designers, including timely follow-up and identification of errors or deficiencies
• Ability to multitask and work under deadlines
• Language proficiency - advanced RU (for CIS) and English are a must
