Customer Service Manager in a UK-based Company
Responsibilities:
Work with hot leads (inbound only) from the website, regarding Storage and Moving orders
Respond to calls and emails and potentially chat messages from customers seeking assistance during ordering, with post-order issues and any other issues that may arise in the order fulfilment process. Identify the type of assistance the customer needs, provide customers with relevant, accurate information on products and services.
Contact moving, packing, cleaning and storage providers on behalf of the customer to assist with appointment scheduling
Proactively identifying and resolving issues that could affect customer satisfaction and loyalty
Integrates efforts with the marketing team to ensure efforts are coordinated and in line with the marketing goals
Review and manage Customer Service assignments and offer preliminary guidance as needed to properly prepare the Customer Service for working on each claim
Develop and maintain updated Customer Service scripts, policies, and procedures Recommend changes to products or services to fulfil customer needs. You will help our product and service get better by funnelling users' feedback, issues, and requests into the product roadmap.
Requirements:
1-2 years professional experience in Customer Success, Customer Service, Sales Team, Account Management or equivalent history of increasing customer satisfaction, adoption, and retention
Proven ability to drive continuous value of a product
Familiarity working with small-medium sized businesses
Impeccable written and verbal communication skills
Strong team player but still a self-starter
Prior experience in closing sales deals at the executive level is a plus

Experience with Salesforce and Zendesk a plus
Fluent English is a must
