We are seeking driven professionals, ambitious enough to take on challenges that no one encountered yesterday, and to become initiators of global changes in the industry. At the moment, we are looking for a professional HR manager who will participate in onboarding and other HR processes.
Responsibilities:
- Participation in the onboarding process and evaluation of employees;
- Participation in HR projects;
- Organization of meetings with employees and managers according to the schedule;
- Updating and distributing HR materials to employees;
- Launching surveys;
- Collecting data for the HR department.
Requirements:
- Experience in HR or administrative support (will be a plus);
- Skills in working with MS Office programs, experience with HR systems will be an advantage;
- С1 English level;
- Skills in working with documents and materials;
- Good communication skills;
- Organizational abilities and attention to detail;
- Initiative and responsibility.
