What you will do:
- Lead requirements gathering sessions with stakeholders to understand business objectives and translate them into system requirements.
- Analyze existing systems , processes, and workflows to identify opportunities for improvement and automation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams , including business analysts, developers, and project managers, to design and implement effective solutions.
- Develop comprehensive documentation , including functional specifications, user stories, and process flows, to communicate requirements and system designs.
- Conduct thorough testing and validation of systems to ensure they meet quality standards and fulfill business needs.
- Provide technical expertise and guidance to junior analysts and development teams throughout the project lifecycle.
