We are a global cleantech company producing and operating innovative solutions for plastic and aluminium recycling - Reverse Vending Machines. We are creating a global infrastructure that eliminates cause of plastic and aluminum pollution: collecting bottles and cans for recycling before they become waste, hence becoming an essential part of circular economy. Responsibilities:

• Legal support of international business: Russian and foreign companies (UAE, Oman, Qatar, India, Thailand, Morocco, Mexico, KSA, Jordan, etc.);
• Participation in negotiations with partners, regulators, consultants;
• Legal expertise in drafting contracts for companies of different jurisdictions
• Legal conclusions about legal capacity;
• FEA (import, export), including GULF region peculiarities;
• Corporate work on foreign legal entities: creation, liquidation, changes, (OS decisions, support of sale of stakes, shares);
• Dealing with government agencies (correspondence, obtaining/renewing licences, certificates);
• Amendments to the constituent documents;
• Legal support for all company departments;
• Dealing with bilingual documents and foreign counterparties.

Requirements:

• University degree in law
• Preferably 6+ years of progressive experience in law
• Experience in IT/advertising in international tech companies
• Advanced knowledge of English
• Proactive approach to problem solving; teamwork skills
• Readiness to work in a multi-tasking mode.
