About the Role
The role of the HR Administrator is to manage the HRM system (HiBob), be responsible for the range of HR operations and consulting support related to employment issues, and also provide other operational support to the business.
You will be joining the HR team that currently consists of the HR Director, TA Team, and HRBP team. Our team values are honesty, ownership, speed, accuracy, simplicity, creativity, and fun!
In this role, you will be responsible:
HRMS
Administration of the HRM system - HiBob
Uploading data on time
Ensuring employees' data are properly recorded into the HRM system as well as updating it as and when necessary i.e. promotions, lateral movement, resignation or rehiring, and others.
Automation of HR processes through the system: automated flows and task lists that align with HR processes in the company
Setting up dashboards and analytics
Requesting and updating information and other onboarding documents, as well as administration of the off-boarding process.
Ensuring completion of essential signed documents (contracts, NDA, bank documents, tax documents, etc) and explaining them to employees.
Employment issues
Manage newcomers' employment, including those who relocated from other countries.
Identify and contact local providers around the globe for consulting services on migration questions
Identify and contact local providers around the globe for consulting services on global employment issues.
Other support
Develop and strengthen the compliance aspects of the business such as knowledge base development, and drafting policies and procedures.
Managing employee visa processes: creating and implementing strategies to support employees who need to travel to other countries
Business travel logistic support
It s a match if you:
Worked as an Admin with the HiBob system.
Have an HR background, with a passion for consulting and operations (processes, policies, handbooks, ways of operating, etc.).
Have basic employment law knowledge.
Have excellent written and oral communication skills - ability to work with a global team in multiple time zones.
Can build strong relationships with new joiners and internal stakeholders
Speak English (at least B2 level).
Have experience in tech companies and/or remote-first work mode (not essential).
