Обязанности:

Provide oversight of all risk events, ensuring they are properly recorded, investigated, and closed-off or escalated as necessary.
Create and maintain an IT Risk Register.
Develop and continuously refine Key Risk Indicators (KRIs), embedding them into day-to-day activities within the department.
Prepare and deliver risk reporting to the Executive Management, ensuring alignment with risk acceptance and tolerance levels.
Collaborate closely with management, ensuring IT risks are reported as required to the IT Governance Committee and aligned with organizational risk strategies.
Maintain awareness of ongoing details, key activities, and issues within the areaof responsibility, articulating them effectively to executive management.
Oversee and enhance IT administration, application development, Information Security and project execution activities and processes in alignment international standards.
Ensure strict adherence to required processes and standards, fostering a culture of compliance within the IT department.
Participate in assessment sessions with team members to identify and understand IT risk issues, developing effective solutions for remediation.
Coordinate with IT, Development, and Information Security teams to understand and implement best practices for remediating risk issues.
Adhere to IT risk policies throughout the lifecycle of applications, ensuring compliance at all stages.
Define, document, and communicate the IT risk appetite and tolerance levels in
collaboration with senior management and relevant stakeholders.
Ensure that IT risk management activities are aligned with the bank's established risk appetite, implementing mechanisms to monitor and report on adherence.

Требования:

Bachelor s degree in information technology, Computer Science, Risk Management, or related field (master s degree preferred).
Professional certification in Risk Management (e.g., CRISC, CISM, CISSP) highly desirable.
Professional certification IT management (e.g., PMP, ITIL, COBIT) highly desirable.
Proven experience in IT risk management, preferably within the banking or financial services industry.
In-depth knowledge of IT risk assessment methodologies, frameworks, and regulatory
requirements.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with the capacity to engage and
influence stakeholders at all levels.
Demonstrated leadership capabilities, with the ability to effectively lead and motivate cross functional teams.
Proficiency in risk management tools, techniques, and software applications
