Role Overview: As a Product Designer, you'll play a crucial role in revolutionizing the construction industry. Your responsibilities will include creating intuitive UX/UI designs for our client's specialized SaaS platform. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and GIS engineers, will be integral to your success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop intuitive UX/UI designs for the client's SaaS platform, tailored to meet the unique needs of the construction sector in the USA.
• Design user interfaces for complex and unconventional solutions, ensuring alignment with user needs and business objectives.
• Actively participate in the product development lifecycle, collaborating closely with various teams to seamlessly integrate design elements.
• Conduct quantitative and qualitative research in English to gather insights and inform design decisions.
• Organize and execute usability tests to evaluate the effectiveness and user-friendliness of our SaaS platform's UX/UI designs.

Candidate Requirements:

• Minimum of 4 years' experience in UX/UI design, preferably within the SaaS or construction industry.
• Proficiency in data-driven design methodologies, leveraging analytical insights to guide design decisions.
• Demonstrated ability to design complex and non-standard products, effectively balancing business intricacies and user preferences.
• Expertise in design tools such as Adobe CC, Sketch, Figma, etc., to create visually compelling interfaces.
• Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
• Proficiency in Russian and English is a plus.
• Ready for relocation.
