As a Marketing Project Coordinator, your primary role is manage projects to ensure they are completed on time and meet their objectives. You'll delegate tasks to team members, ensuring everyone knows what they need to do and when. Quality checks on marketing materials are essential. Additionally, you'll analyze monthly progress to identify any issues that arise, collaborating with managers to address and resolve them efficiently. Overall, your role is crucial in ensuring the smooth and successful execution of marketing projects within the organization.

Responsibilities :

- Manage marketing projects from beginning to end, making sure deadlines are met and goals are accomplished;
- Delegate tasks to team members, ensuring each member understands their responsibilities and deadlines;
- Conduct quality checks on all marketing materials (media plans) to ensure accuracy;
- Analyze monthly plan completion, identify issues, and collaborate with managers to solve them.

Requirements :

- Experience in marketing, project management, or a related field is preferred;
- Ability to take initiative, lead projects, and motivate team members to achieve goals;
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
- Fluent Russian and B2 English;
- Sales experience is preffered;
