WeGoTrip is an international online service where guides, museums, and local experts create in-app audio tours for thousands of travelers worldwide. The travelers get tours compiled by professional guides and local experts using the mobile application.

We are in search of an Assistant Manager to assist both our Business Development and Content Managers teams. Let's make the world's best service for independent travel together!

What you'll do

  • Upload tours to channel manager system, marketplaces & online travel agencies;
  • Update availability of products: Ensure that availability dates on the MP match those on our platform, cross-check all key parameters (descriptions, prices, booking conditions) to ensure consistency;
  • Controll rates & availability parity across OTAs and preparing reports;
  • Maintain connectivity documentation, updating instructions in a timely manner;
  • Update prices for products on marketplaces: verifying the price and adjusting if necessary;
  • Technical moderation of AI tours: check titles, tour photos and make adjustments once approved by the content management team;
  • Administrative support of content managers team: processing of incoming and outgoing emails;
  • Upload reviews from marketplaces in the form of a report for the Content Managers Team;
  • Collect reviews from Booking.com and posting them to a relevant Slack channel;
  • Assist with content translation and audio transcribing via tool.

What you'll bring

  • At least 1+ year prior experience in administrative assistance or other secretarial position;
  • English at B2 level: written and oral skills;
  • Exceptional communication and organizational skills, results-driven, detail-oriented;
  • Attentiveness to details;
  • Ability to work with a large scope of diverse information;
  • Analytical mindset, initiative and critical thinking.
