Overgear is an international e-commerce platform for in-game currencies and in-game services (boosting/coaching). Over the course of 6 years, we have established ourselves as leaders in the US and European markets. Every month, the service is used by over 200,000 users. The project's revenue is in the billions, and sales span across 100+ countries.

Primary responsibilities:

• Budget Development & Management: Draft monthly, quarterly, and annual budgets, prepare factual and forecasted managerial reports, and produce consolidated cash flow statements;
• Automation & Optimization: Spearhead efforts to automate managerial and accounting processes, promoting lean development and maximizing efficiency;
• Team Management: Oversee and guide the company s accounting department and other financial teams, with potential for hiring and managing 1-2 subordinates;Financial Modeling & Reporting: Create detailed financial models to inform the company s strategy and report on Overgear.com s progress towards strategic financial goals;
• Cost Management: Gather and organize data on projects and expenditure items, control budget execution (plan-fact analysis with deviation causes), and oversee the company s expenditure;
• Managerial Accounting: Lead the managerial accounting processes including Profit and Loss (PL) and Cash Flow statements;
• Payment Calendar Maintenance: Oversee and ensure the regular updating and adherence to the payment calendar;
• Investor Relations: Engage in activities related to investor relations, including financial modeling, maintaining high EBITDA numbers, and transparent reporting.
  
  Requirements:
• Proficiency in English at a B2 level or higher.
• Bachelor s degree or higher in Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• Expertise in planning, forecasting, and financial control of income and expenses.
• Capability to construct detailed financial models.
• Proficient in cash flow management.
• Experience in automating managerial accounting.
• Confident user of Google Sheets/MS Office; familiarity with Zoho Books is a plus.
• Strategic and analytical thinker with the ability to solve complex problems.
• Flexible approach to challenges, with an ability to make decisions, show initiative, and take responsibility.
• Prior experience in e-commerce is preferred;
