About the role:

As an Amazon Logistics & Operations Coordinator, you will ensure efficient and effective management of our logistics and supply chain operations. Your contributions will directly support our growth by optimizing storage, handling, and shipment processes. You will also manage international logistics and importing, ensuring smooth and timely deliveries.

What you ll be responsible for:

  • Manage efficient supply chain operations.
  • Handle inventory planning and storage, including FBA, AWD, and 3PL warehousing.
  • Coordinate supplier/PO inspections and quality control.
  • Document COGS and manage related administrative tasks.
  • Troubleshoot and optimize Amazon listings.
  • Explore and optimize Amazon logistics programs.
  • Coordinate international logistics and ensure regulatory compliance.

You ll be a great fit if you have:

  • 1+ years of logistics experience, preferably in e-commerce.
  • Experience coordinating global shipments efficiently.
  • Experience with Chinese suppliers and shipping carriers/forwarders.
  • Knowledge of import tariffs, taxes, and HS/HTC codes.
  • Proficiency in shipment creation, carton, and product labeling.
  • Experience with FCL (Full Container Loads) and LCL (Less than Container Loads) in various incoterms, including EXW and FOB.
  • Experience with order inspections and quality assurance.
