Responsibilities:

Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base.

Identify and establish relationships with new customers, including wholesalers, retailers, and distributors.

Maintain and nurture existing customer relationships to ensure ongoing satisfaction and repeat business.

Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.

Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns.

Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management review.

Attend industry trade shows and events to promote our products.

Requirements:

Proven experience in sales, preferably in the food or FMCG industry.

Strong knowledge of the honey market and its key players.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret sales data.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Willingness to travel as required.
