We cater to a large international market, and our products can be bought and found in use around the world.

About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic, passionate and highly motivated individual to join our team as an E-Commerce Analyst. In this role, you will be responsible for driving profitable sales, maintaining optimal performance metrics, and optimizing marketing channels within multiple marketplaces. The ideal candidate will be highly analytical and up-to-date with the latest e-commerce solutions that promote revenue growth, improve customer loyalty and streamline business processes.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement marketing strategies for e-commerce channels to drive incremental sales, improve competitive position and increase brand awareness in a profitable manner
Manage various automotive products; maintain outstanding rating and ranking on marketplaces such as Amazon, eBay, Walmart, etc.
Maintain and set up new product processes to support catalog and inventory management
Analyze and maintain appropriate and competitive pricing based on customer acquisition, sales performance and sales goals
Review advertising and promotional campaigns and optimize for online customers
Report on and provide insights into key business metrics including but not limited to ROI, customer acquisition, traffic, conversion rate, cost analysis, return rate, product performance, etc.
Manage and control e-commerce inventory levels to optimize sales, gross margin and sell-through of product
Oversee supply chain planning support function as well as sales/inventory reporting processes for all e-commerce related initiatives
Provide forecasting, catalog management while identifying sales opportunities, sales reporting, e-commerce project management, and improving all e-commerce scorecards for all accounts
Use e-commerce visit, buy-in behavior, sales and out-of-stock data to identify product inventory risks and opportunities

Qualifications

Preferred 2+ years of experience in e-commerce, online, supply chain/operations, pricing, inventory management or online sales
Strong quantitative, qualitative analytics experience
Strong computer and Excel skills
Result-oriented and self-motivated with a strong sense of urgency
Ability to plan, organize and manage multiple projects and set priorities
Knowledge of e-commerce and digital marketing techniques, order fulfillment strategies, market research and analysis practice
Marketplace management experience in particular: eBay, Amazon, Walmart and Newegg
Basic automotive parts knowledge is a plus
