To keep on growing and succeeding internationally, we are looking for a Partners Account Manager. The ideal candidate should reside in the UK and have a keen understanding of the market and cultural aspects.
What you will bring to our team:
Grow our network of partners in the United Kingdom (our partners are local florists, large flowers and gifts retailers, bakeries and other sellers);
Convert incoming leads into active partners;
Find relevant local brands that our Customers would love;
Provide the onboarding process for the partners, answer all the questions regarding working with Flowwow as a seller;
Native level of English. Additionally, Russian language would be necessary to communicate with the Russian speaking part of the team from different parts of the globe.
Nurture partnership relations and minimize churn rate.
To be successful in this role, you need to demonstrate:
Proven experience in b2b sales, business development and/or partner acquisition;
Proactivity, high standards of business ethics, friendliness;
Startup mindset and can-do attitude;
Willingness to explore new markets and participate in custdev activities to tailor the whole acquisition process to a particular market and target audience;
Experience with CRM;
Fluency in English and Russian.
