To keep on growing and succeeding internationally, we are looking for a Partners Account Manager. The ideal candidate should reside in the UK and have a keen understanding of the market and cultural aspects.

What you will bring to our team:

  • Grow our network of partners in the United Kingdom (our partners are local florists, large flowers and gifts retailers, bakeries and other sellers);

  • Convert incoming leads into active partners;

  • Find relevant local brands that our Customers would love;

  • Provide the onboarding process for the partners, answer all the questions regarding working with Flowwow as a seller;

  • Native level of English. Additionally, Russian language would be necessary to communicate with the Russian speaking part of the team from different parts of the globe.

  • Nurture partnership relations and minimize churn rate.

To be successful in this role, you need to demonstrate:

  • Proven experience in b2b sales, business development and/or partner acquisition;

  • Proactivity, high standards of business ethics, friendliness;

  • Startup mindset and can-do attitude;

  • Willingness to explore new markets and participate in custdev activities to tailor the whole acquisition process to a particular market and target audience;

  • Experience with CRM;

  • Fluency in English and Russian.
