To realize this ambitious task, we are looking for a driven and experienced Digital Marketing Manager
1. Operational & content management of the company's website - own ( in-house resources) and outsourced/freelance resources
1.1. support the rhythm / constant adding news and events according to the Activity Calendar
1.2. Keeping up-to-date descriptions of Key Practices/Solutions, offerings and Cases on the website
1.3. Refinement/development of structural, design and content elements of the site to improve. performance, taking into account the requirements of SEO rules and corporate messages & style
2. Leading the process of WebSite relaunch within the targeted timeline, including:
2.1. Creation of SEO parameters (semantic core), sitemap and page structure - through managing the external agency
2.2. Migration of the site to a new CMS (from Bitrix to Drupal) in cooperation with internal technical. specialists on infrastructure & security - selection & management of external agency, development of project plan with management & control of all key stages of execution, including testing and final release
2.3. Launch of Country/Local versions of the site in the respective languages
3. Develop and deploy a focused plan to promote the re-launched WebSite to achieve Awareness, Organic delivery and Lead Generation goals - globally and by focus country, including:
3.1. Analyzing and setting up an effective @ ROI channel mix for site promotion
3.2. SEO audit and SEO promotion as a key part of the overall site promotion program
3.3. Web analytics and its key indicators; planning and implementation of constant KPIs growth (Google Analytics, Yandex. Metrica and etc)
4. Supervision of the entire 'eco-system' of the main WebSite and Landings, domains and sub-domains
