Who We Need:

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement financial strategies.
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
- Manage financial risks, including compliance and regulatory requirements.
- Lead financial reporting, ensuring accuracy and transparency.
- Drive financial performance and profitability.
- Collaborate with other executives to set and achieve strategic goals.
- Manage relationships with investors, auditors, and other stakeholders.
- Manage a team of international accountants in different countries (USA, UK, Russia).
- Consult clients on financial aspects of business transactions, taxation, financial models, and business planning.
- Innovate and build financial services as part of company offerings.
- Ensure efficient financial operations and processes.

Skills Required:
- Proven experience as a CFO or in a similar financial leadership role.
- Strong understanding of corporate finance and performance management principles.
- In-depth knowledge of corporate financial law and risk management practices.
- Excellent analytical and decision-making abilities.
- Strong organisational and leadership skills.
- Proficiency in financial software and tools.
- Ability to adapt to new financial frontiers like blockchain, NFT, AI, and digital platforms.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
