WE EXPECT THAT YOU HAVE:

• Previous Executive Search or HR experience preferred, or extensive hiring experience from senior level.

• Ability to partner with companies' C-Level Executives and HR Leaders to provide full-cycle support for our clients.

• Ability to influence and persuade others to achieve desired outcomes.

• Tenacious, day-in/day-out drive to exceed business goals.

• Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
