An Australian startup with a main team based in Dubai is seeking a Growth Marketing Manager. The company connects cryptocurrency finances with traditional banking through a debit card. When users pay with the debit card, their cryptocurrency is converted to fiat currency for the transaction. The project is in the launch phase and will soon be released to the public.

Conditions:
- Probation period of 3 months;
- Remote work;
- Full-time, approximately following Dubai time zone;
- We are open to your salary expectations.

Responsibilities:
- Lead paid advertising campaigns on platforms like Facebook, Twitter, Google Search, and Instagram to acquire new users;
- Plan and execute native ad campaigns and run-of-the-site banner ad campaigns on crypto inventory platforms like Coinzilla and faucet sites to expand reach and engage with targeted audiences;
- Develop audience targeting strategies and segmentation techniques;
- Manage advertising budgets effectively;
- Collaborate with the creative team to develop compelling ad creatives and messaging;
- Implement A/B testing and optimization techniques to improve conversion rates;
- Monitor key performance metrics and provide regular performance reports to stakeholders;
- Develop and execute a comprehensive user acquisition strategy for Web 3.0 products;
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align advertising efforts with business objectives;
- Ensure compliance with advertising regulations and guidelines in the crypto and fintech industries.

We expect from you:
- 2 years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on paid advertising and user acquisition;
- Deep understanding of digital advertising platforms and analytics tools;
- Experience with Web 3.0 technologies, DeFi, and cryptocurrency markets preferred;
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
