To keep on growing and succeeding internationally, we are looking for a highly motivated, proactive and organized Global Expansion Project/Product Manager with strong project management and research skills to join our Global Expansion Team.

You will be responsible for managing and coordinating various projects related to Flowwow s international growth. Currently we are focusing on several regions: UAE, Spain, Mexico and Turkey. This role will involve conducting in-depth market research, custdevs, analyzing data, developing and executing plans to foster our expansion efforts.

Responsibilities:

• Identify countries with high cross-country demand and execute projects aimed at increasing cross-country orders;
• Analyze internal data (such as user databases and traffic distribution) as well as external data to develop expansion projects and conduct solid market research;
• Translate analytics and research findings into project plans and manage the implementation of these projects in collaboration with cross-functional teams (Product team, Partners acquisition, Marketing, Operations);
• Gather and analyze user feedback through surveys, interviews, and usability testing to understand user needs and preferences;
• Work with research agencies (potentially): recruiting, overseeing the research process, analyzing the results, sharing findings with the team, and translating them into practical hypotheses;
• Find respondents for interviews and surveys, schedule interviews, manage bookings and handle any rescheduling needs;
• Be prepared for any ad-hoc tasks related to global expansion success.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in project management, research, or related roles;
• SEO experience (ability to analyze organic traffic with Semrush/Similarweb tools) is a high advantage
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret multiple data sets and draw actionable insights;
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey information clearly and concisely;
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple priorities simultaneously;
• Ability to learn quickly and approach problems with a highly organized and logical mindset;
• Be prepared for uncertainty and ad-hoc tasks;
• Fluency in English, C1+;
• Spanish proficiency is an advantage;
• Experience in Global Expansion of IT products is a plus;
• Experience in working with user recruitment tools, user testing tools is a plus.
