• Position: Tender Specialist / Tender Department Specialist
  Location: Remote work
  Employment Type: Participation in 2-3 tenders per month on a regular basis

  Introduction:
  Our company is engaged in the manpower solutions across Europe. Based in Estonia, we are actively working with European markets. We are currently looking for a Tender Specialist to strengthen our team. This role requires a deep understanding of tender processes and experience with European tender platforms.

  Main Responsibilities:

• Review current tenders, select the most promising, and coordinate with management on tenders for participation.
• Study and analyze tender documentation.
• Prepare and submit tender proposals.
• Manage tender processes from start to finish.
• Interact with clients and develop the client base.
• Monitor and analyze market trends and opportunities.
• Collaborate with other departments of the company to ensure compliance with tender requirements.

Our expectations to the candidate:

• Experience in tender processes in European markets.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• High proficiency in German; English and Russian are also desirable.
• Ability to work with a large volume of information.
• Having your own client base will be an advantage.
