Main goals:

• Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of engineering projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and budget.

• Collaborate with product managers to prioritize tasks and align engineering efforts with business goals

• Provide technical guidance and support to the team, solving complex problems and making informed decisions

• Implement tools and practices that streamline development workflows and reduce bottlenecks

• Build and maintain strong relationships with cross-functional teams to facilitate collaboration

• Mobile: SwiftUI, Firebase, Sentry, Swagger, Kotlin, Dagger 2, Jetpack Compose, Coroutines
• QA: Charles, Qase, App Live BrowserStack, Java
• BFF: PHP 8, MySQL, Oracle, Laravel/Symfony, Node.js
• Frontend: Vue.js 2/3, Vuex, Pinia, Nuxt 2/3, Vitest/Jest
• DevOps: Docker, Kubernetes, GCP, Vmware, Hyper-V, Kibana, Grafana, Vault
• Backend: Golang, PostgreSQL, Redis, Kafka

Requirements:

• 7+ years of experience in software engineering or a related technical field

• Proven track record in a senior technical leadership role, such as Engineering Manager, Technical Lead or Chief Technology Officer

• Experience in managing large, distributed engineering teams and delivering complex technical projects

• Strong knowledge of backend and frontend technologies, system architecture, cloud technologies, and scalable systems.

• Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing engineering team
