About:
Our client is a global software development company.
They create software solutions in the field of life sciences, medical and biotechnologies and health care.
Their customers are large, medium and small pharmaceutical and biotech companies, mainly located in USA, but sometime with branches (or independent entities) in Europe.

Currently they are looking for experienced Python developers. English (oral, spoken, written) is a must. Strong written and verbal communication skills are required!
Location: sometimes Russia is a priority, sometimes Russia is not acceptable at all ;-)

in all projects Python is a must!

1 project (European company/branch)
Briefly:
Data Engineer Tech Lead
Task: prepare data, run models,
visualization with PowerBI.
Area: Biotech, bioinformatics.

The team has difficult tasks, sometimes they require feedback/review of their process and tasks.

Details of the project:

- Work alongside a team of developers in implementing deep learning models and AI projects that drive business outcomes.
- Explore and pilot ideas that leverage data and AI (Including predictive machine learning models and large language models) to improve business productivity.
- Map out and maintain data flows within the company, ensuring data integrity and accessibility.
- Perform data analysis to support data requirements and initiatives, providing insights and recommendations to solve business problems.
- Collect, analyze, and present data as information, effectively telling a story and making concise recommendations.
- Understand and ensure security best practices in application development, safeguarding data and systems.

- Strong hands-on python and web development experience with data analytics packages such as PyTorch, Pandas, Scikit-learn is required
- Experience with Streamlit is a plus
- Experience with Snowflake and PowerBI is a plus

2 project. (American company)
Briefly :
Benchlink and Benchlink API (medical databases), AWS, AWS Lambda.
Research of DNA with PyFAST, FASTQ.

We are looking for Python Developer to work on Benchling and application development

Sometimes the team is ready to educate the programmer for better understanding of the research area.

Details of the project :

- Programming experience in Python and Linux Shell (Bash/zsh/tcsh or equivalent)
- Experience with AWS computing resources including EC2, S3, AWS Batch, AWS Lambda and AWS CLI
- Ability to work in a SAFe Agile environment. Attend daily stand-ups (8am Pacific), participate in PI planning events, and work with Product Owner to specify acceptance criteria for new tasks
- English - B2 and above

- Experience Benchling API or equivalent LIMS integration between homegrown applications and SaaS applications.
- Knowledge of Bioinformatics tools relating to DNA sequence data manipulation (Fasta and Fastq) and next generation sequencing analysis (Bowtie, FreeBayes, FastQC and other NextGen assembly/analysis tools)

3 project.
Biotech research center. Current improvement of the product.
Python Dash, Jango, react.
Not allowed to work from Russia or Russia-friendly states!
(Mainly because strict law about personal data.)

4 project.
Data engineer in bioinformatics. For molecular digitization.
ETL, Data transfer. TIBCO Spotfire for visualization. AWS.
