BPC is about business solutions around banking, payments, commerce, government and mobility. Nothing prides our 1200 staff more than seeing the impact our clients bring in their region around the daily lives of consumers, citizens and businesses.

A new position of HR Administrator is now opened in our HR Team

Responsibilities:

  • Staff admin manager for international offices (in Africa, Asia, Americas etc.). 15 offices with 550 employees.
  • Prepare labor contracts and NDA' for new hires
  • Keep records and regularly update HR reports (amount, hirings, leaves, probation periods)
  • Participate in different assessment and C&B projects (benchmarking and etc.)
  • Preparing presentations & reports for the management
  • HR Analytics

What is obligatory from the proper candidate:

  • Knowledge of HR administration and legislation principles
  • English language from upper-intermediate level (Fluent would be perfect though)
  • Experience with 1C and Excel wil be an advantage
  • Quick-mindness, flexibility, ability to work in multicultural environment
  • Ability to find necessary information wherever and make decisions on unusual cases
