Responsibilities:
- Delivery and spearheading strategic initiatives and complex projects across the full company;
- Develop and implement project management processes tailored to game development projects in the whole company;
- Support and develop partnership and strategy, optimizing technical resource allocation and projects delivery;
- Creating and managing GTMs, roadmaps, product backlogs;
- Setting and managing OKRs and KPIs, providing oversight across all products and programs;
- Monitor projects progress and identify potential risks or issues;
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including game developers, developers, business dev, publishing, to ensure successful projects delivery;
- Provide regular updates to stakeholders and Top management on projects status, key milestones, and any changes in scope or requirements;
- Conduct post-project reviews to gather feedback and insights for continuous improvement;
- Manage a team of project managers and coordinators, fostering collaboration and innovation in game development projects;
- Engaging and influencing senior-level stakeholders, securing support and buy-in, delivering progress reports.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in project management roles within the gamedev industry;
- Experience in building department structure in game dev companies;
- Understanding of blockchain technology, NFTs, and decentralized gaming platforms;
- Excellent communication and leadership skills to drive successful project outcomes in a dynamic environment;
- Proficiency in project management tools and software used in game development projects;
- PMP certification or relevant project management certification preferred;
- English C1-C2 or Native (we have a Native speaker s in our team!);
- Portfolio of successful projects/products.
